Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 Tbsp. mustard
    1 c. catsup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef on top of stove in a large roasting pan. Drain off any grease. Add all other ingredients; simmer slow for 1 hour.
