Quick Nut Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. powdered sugar, sifted
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except pecans in top of double boiler; bring water to boil.
    Reduce heat; cook, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in 1/2 cup pecans. Quickly spread mixture into a lightly buttered 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Sprinkle with remaining pecans.
    Chill.
    Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
    Yields 3 1/2 dozen squares.
