Plain And Simple Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. carrots, grated
Preparation

Beat together sugar and oil.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.
Add carrots and mix well.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Frost when cool with the following icing.
