Bubble Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 loaf frozen bread
1 small pkg. butterscotch pudding mix
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick oleo
Preparation

Spray a Bundt pan with nonstick spray.
Tear loaf into pieces (about 15 pieces) and place in Bundt pan.
Sprinkle dry pudding mix on top of bread.
Crumble brown sugar on top.
Cut oleo into pats and place on top.
Cover with towel and let rise overnight.
Next morning, remove towel.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
