Lib'S Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. pimento cheese
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. crushed pecans
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
garlic salt
paprika
Preparation

Mix together the 3 cheeses, pecans, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Add salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Shape into 4 small cheese balls and sprinkle with paprika. Cheese balls freeze well.
