Clarks Favorite Baked Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium sized squash, sliced
    1 medium chopped onion
    4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of hot sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cook
    squash
    and
    onion
    in
    a small amount of boiling water for
    5
    to\t7
    minutes or until squash is tender;
    drain well. Place
    vegetables in electric blender and process until smooth, then combine the squash mixture and remaining ingredients, mix well
    and spoon into lightly greased 2 quart shallow casserole dish.
    Bake
    uncovered
    at\t350\u00b0
    for
    35
    minutes. Yields 8 servings.
