Beef-N-Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) boneless pot roast*
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. heavy whipping cream
    2 large cloves garlic
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    parsley
Preparation
    *Cook in water until soft, about 2 hours.
    Slice into 1/4-inch strips.
