Beef Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) jar salsa
1 c. thawed frozen corn
3/4 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 c. crushed tortilla chips
2 c. shredded Cheddar and Colby cheeses (half and half)
fresh tomatoes
Preparation

Stir together meat, salsa, corn, mayonnaise and chili powder. Layer 1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 chips; repeat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Top with fresh tomatoes.
Serves 6 to 8.
