Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. plain flour
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. very cold water
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients until crumbly.
    Mix egg and vinegar together; beat for 1 minute.
    Add water and mix well.
    Pour liquid into crumb mixture.
    Mix well.
    Divide into balls.
    Roll crust out on floured surface.
    Put in pie pan and bake until done.
