Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    10 c. sliced potatoes
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter in saucepan; stir in flour and salt. Add milk, stirring constantly, until sauce boils and thickens. Add potatoes and heat, stirring, until it boils again.
    Turn potatoes into a shallow greased casserole.
    Spread 1 tablespoon melted butter over top.
    Place on a rack above the middle of the oven and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
