Feather Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten well
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients.
    Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Let dough rise 2 to 4 hours.
    Divide dough in half, roll each half in a round circle, about 1/3-inch thick.
    Butter the dough and cut like pie wedges.
    Roll from big end to make the point on top.
    Let rise on greased pans, until light, up to 3 hours.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    These will be light as a feather.
