Summer Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced fresh okra
    3 c. cubed green tomatoes
    2 large raw potatoes, cubed
    1 medium onion, cubed
    3 c. corn meal mix
    1 c. flour
    peanut oil
    pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
    Chop all vegetables and mix in a large bowl until all are moist (you may need to add
    2 or 3 tablespoons water).
    Put corn meal and flour into a large paper grocery bag.
    Add vegetables (1/3 at a time) and shake until coated.
    Fry in hot peanut oil until crisp.
    (Deep fryer works well.) Drain well.
    Summer squash is good in this too.
    Not for the fat conscious, but very good!
