Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. mashed bananas (2 to 3)
Preparation
    Sift together all dry ingredients.
    Cream shortening and sugar in large bowl; add eggs.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with bananas.
    Stir enough to combine; do not beat.
    Bake in greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
