Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. (stick) butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

In a bowl, combine cheese, flour and cayenne pepper. Pour melted butter over mixture and blend well with hands. Pinch off walnut-sized pieces of dough and roll in hands to form small balls. Place dough on a cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 18 minutes (dough will flatten as it bakes). Makes about 40.
