Eggs For Brunch(Servings: 8) - cooking recipe

6 eggs
3 c. milk
8 slices bread, butter both sides
1 lb. 1/2 Cheddar and 1/2 sharp
1 dash Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Cut bread into cubes.
Butter pan.
Mix eggs, milk and Tabasco.
Put eggs in bottom of pan, then add bread and grated cheese.
Repeat, ending with cheese on top.
Bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Serving Ideas:
For a twist, add sausage.
