Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Success rice, cooked
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. thawed frozen whipped topping
    1 ripe banana, mashed
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Place in saucepan.
    Add milk and sugar; stir. Bring to boil over medium-high heat.
    Reduce heat to medium. Simmer until thick and creamy, about 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Pour into medium bowl.
    Stir in vanilla; cool.
    Fold in topping and fruit just before serving.
    Serves 4.
