Guilt-Free Pina Colada - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pina colada-flavored low fat yogurt
1/2 c. non-fat vanilla yogurt, aspartame-sweetened
1/4 c. thawed frozen unsweetened pineapple juice concentrate
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
1/2 tsp. rum extract
2 c. ice cubes
2 thin lime slices, for garnish
Preparation

In blender, combine the yogurts, pineapple juice concentrate, coconut and rum extracts; add a few cubes of ice and pulse several times until ice is coarsely chopped.
Continue adding ice, pulsing after each addition, until mixture is smooth and creamy.
(If thicker colada is desired, add more ice.)
Pour into two 12 oz. glasses and garnish each with lime slice.
