Fiesta Liver - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef liver
    1 c. onion
    1 c. green pepper
    1 small can tomatoes
    2/3 c. French dressing
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Saute small cubes of liver that have been floured on each side. Remove from oil.
    Saute onion and green pepper in remaining oil. Add liver and remaining ingredients.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Good served over rice.
