Chicken And Rice Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked rice
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 can chicken broth
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. milk
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, precooked and sliced in strips
    4 to 5 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Saute celery, carrot and onion in butter.
    Combine with rice, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Mix together chicken soup, broth, mayonnaise and milk.
    Lay chicken slices on top of rice mixture.
    Pour chicken soup mix on top.
    Lay cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for an hour, covered.
