Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 grated lemon
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook the raisins in water; set aside.
Add brown sugar, mustard and cornstarch and slowly stir in the vinegar, lemon rind and lemon juice.
In 1 1/2 cups of water, cook until thick, then add raisins and butter.
Cook over low heat.
