Courtney'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. grated raw carrots
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and oil. Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to egg mixture. Blend well and add grated carrots. Bake in 9 x 9 pan for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
