Bake Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/9 c. butter
2/9 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/3 c. bacon, cooked and crumbled
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/3 large baked potatoes
1/3 c. sour cream
1 2/3 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/3 green onions, chopped
Preparation

In a large soup kettle, melt the margarine. Heat and stir until smooth. Gradually add milk,
stirring constantly until thickened. Add potatoes and onions. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; stir until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
