Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squash
    1 lb. ground sausage (large Jimmy Dean, mild)
    1 large onion
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 eggs
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice and boil squash; drain.
    Brown sausage and drain. Combine squash with all ingredients.
    Add herb dressing last. (Add slowly until all ingredients are moist.)
    Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until puffy on top.
