Spring Breeze Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1 qt. fresh strawberries or 16 oz. frozen berries, thawed and drained
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar and beat well to mix.
    Beat in sour cream and vanilla until well mixed. Fold in Cool Whip until blended.
    Fold in berries.\tSpoon into crust and chill 4 hours or overnight.
    Garnish each piece with a whole berry.
    Double recipe for 9 x 13 pan.
    May use frozen or fresh peaches, raspberries or blueberries.
