Pear Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. peeled, grated pears
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.
    Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.
    Into the well, add oil, eggs, sugar, grated pears, nuts and vanilla. Stir only until moistened.
    Grease and flour 2 (8 x 5 x 3-inch) loaf pans.
    Also, line bottoms with wax paper.
    Spoon batter into pans dividing it evenly.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
