1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sesame oil (optional)
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
4 c. cut-up vegetables *
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 2 garlic cloves, minced
4 c. hot cooked broth
simmered rice
