Wild Rice Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wild rice, uncooked
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    4 c. water
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 small finely chopped onion
    1 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    1 c. green grapes
    1 c. chopped cashews
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    dash of lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. pimento
Preparation
    Cook rice, bouillon cubes and water until rice absorbs the water. Place rice in bowl.
    Refrigerate to cool.
    Add chopped onion and sliced water chestnuts to rice, then add chicken, grapes and cashews.
    Combine in a separate bowl the lemon juice, mayonnaise, pepper and pimento. Add dressing to salad mixture.
