Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small shallots or 1 large onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 or 2 c. chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained thoroughly
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. medium cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Brown onion in butter; add spinach.
    Combine remaining ingredients and 1/2 cup of the cheese.
    Pour into pie shell; top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
