Chocolate Ambrosia Desserts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/3 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Brand cream cheese, cubed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 1/2 c. orange sections
    1/4 c. coconut
    6 pound cake slices (1/2-inch thick)
Preparation
    Melt chocolate with milk over low heat, stirring until smooth. Add cream cheese; stir until melted.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Gradually add sugar, mixing until well blended.
