Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1 slightly beaten egg
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation

Stir all ingredients to moisten.
Pour into muffin pans.
Bake at 425\u00b0 approximately 15 minutes.
