Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked
6 to 8 large chicken breasts, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation

Place cooked, drained broccoli spears in buttered casserole dish.
Add chicken; pour over the top of the soups which have been blended with mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Sprinkle with cheese, then bread crumbs, then dribble on butter.
(May be frozen.)
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 4 to 8.
