Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

2 c. corn
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 eggs
1 c. milk
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Mix corn, flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Beat eggs until light. Add eggs and milk. Bake in dish or casserole with some melted butter and stir the rest into the corn-egg mixture. Pour into baking dish. Set baking dish in a pan of hot water and bake at 325\u00b0 until custard is firm (about 20 minutes).
