Barbecued Tofu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. firm tofu
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1 1/2 c. tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. oil (optional)
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    2 tsp. onion powder
    2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cut tofu
    into
    1 x 3-inch strips and freeze overnight. Thaw and
    squeeze
    out excess liquid.
    Mix together all except tofu. Whip
    until
    smooth.
    Pour
    mixture
    over
    tofu strips, being careful
    to saturate both sides of each strip.
    Marinate 1 hour while preparing BARBECUE SAUCE.
