Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pumpkin
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat the first 4 ingredients well, then add spice and salt. Fill unbaked deep shells. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake for about 50 minutes.
