Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cup boiling water
    1/2 cup shortening
    1 cup white sugar
    1 1/2 cup flour, sifted
    1 cup oatmeal
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook oatmeal and cool 20 minutes.
    Cream shortening and sugars, add eggs, then add flour, soda, cinnamon.
    Add to oatmeal. Pour batter into jelly roll pan,
    bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
