Yorkshire Pudding(To Go With Roast Beef) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 (6 to 8 lb.) standing rib roast
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. beef broth, red wine or sherry
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0.
    Place the meat, fat side up, in a shallow open pan.
    Do not add water.
    Do not cover.
    Season either before or after cooking.
