Casserole Dill Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. dill
    1 beaten egg
    2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Heat next 6 ingredients until lukewarm.
    Add this mixture to the dissolved yeast.
    Add egg, flour and soda; mix well.
    Let rise for 1 hour.
    Stir down.
    Turn into well-greased 8-inch or 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Let rise 45 to 60 minutes.
    Bake about an hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
