Tuna Cabbage Hong Kong - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (6 1/2 oz. or 7 oz.) tuna in vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    1 can (8 oz.) seasoned stewed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Drain vegetable
    oil
    into large skillet, very hot, add onion and saute a few minutes, toss in cabbage and saute about five minutes,
    stirring
    occasionally.
    Stir in tuna, tomatoes and soy sauce.
    Cover
    and
    continue
    to
    cook five minutes or longer. Serve immediately.
    Makes two or three servings.
