Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Celery salt
    Garlic salt
    Lemon pepper
    Onion salt
    3 oz. Liquid Smoke
    Salt
    Pepper
    Beef Brisket
    1/2 c. worcestershire sauce
    BBQ sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle celery salt, garlic salt, lemon pepper, onion salt and liquid smoke over meat. Wrap in heavy foil and refrigerate overnight. Add salt and pepper and worcestershire sauce. Cook 5 hours at 300\u00b0. After 5 hours, add a small bottle of BBQ sauce. Cook, uncovered, for 1 hour. Set out 20 minutes before serving.
