Mock Duck In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken thighs
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp.
    1 c. chicken bouillon, reconstituted
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. brandy flavoring
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 c. mandarin oranges
Preparation
    Salt and pepper the chicken; place on a rack in a roasting pan.
    Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until brown and tender.
