Butter Bean Zesty Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. butter
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 (1 lb.) cans butter beans, drained

Preparation

Brown onion and green pepper in butter. Add remaining ingredients except beans.
Heat.
Pour beans in a buttered 1-quart casserole.
Pour sauce over the beans.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
