Mushroom Business - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 loaf firm white bread (Arnold's, Pepperidge Farm)
    1/2 c. each: green pepper, onion and celery, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 can mushroom soup
    grated yellow cheese
    butter
Preparation
    Note:
    Adjust mushrooms and bread to taste and to size of dish.
