Homemade Beef Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    5 rounded Tbsp. Tender Quick salt (meat curing salt by Morton)
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. hickory smoked salt or liquid smoke
Preparation
    First Day:
    Mix in a large bowl; cover and refrigerate.
