5 rounded Tbsp. Tender Quick salt (meat curing salt by Morton)
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
2 1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. hickory smoked salt or liquid smoke
