Montana Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. extra lean hamburger
1 small onion
1 small can mushrooms
1 can tomatoes (large)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 can corn
1 (12 oz.) can tomato juice
1 (12 to 16 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
2 c. grated cheese (I use Cheddar and Mozzarella)
Preparation

Brown hamburger with onion (chopped) and mushrooms. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste.
Add corn; simmer while cooking macaroni. Add macaroni and stir all together.
Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or so. Add tomato juice, if more moisture is needed. Top with grated cheeses and continue cooking until cheeses are melted and bubbly. Serve with French or garlic bread.
