Creamed Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 brick chili
    1 lb. browned hamburger
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 can Ranch or chili beans
    1 small carton whipping cream
    tostada chips
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cream and chips, together and place in crock-pot and cook on low for at least 2 hours.
    This may be cooked all day if desired.
    Add cream 15 minutes before serving and serve over tortilla chips.
