Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 yellow squash
    4 to 6 zucchini squash
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 carrots, grated
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 box Stove Top stuffing
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Slice squash and cook in water; drain and mash.
    Mix next 4 ingredients into squash.
    Prepare stuffing mix according to directions on box, except use 1 stick butter instead of 1/2 stick. Mix stuffing into squash mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Makes 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
