Apple Coffee Cake(Kosher) - cooking recipe

1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. margarine, softened
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. coarsely chopped nuts
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Mix pie filling and cinnamon; reserve.
Beat flour, sugar, milk, softened margarine, baking powder, salt and eggs in large bowl on low speed, about 30 seconds.
Beat at medium speed (2 minutes).
Pour 1/2 of batter (about 2 cups) into pan.
Spoon 1/2 of pie filling (about 1 cup) over batter in pan.
Repeat with remaining batter and pie mixture.
Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts over top of pie filling mixture; drizzle with melted margarine.
Bake until wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 45 to 50 minutes.
Serve warm.
Makes 12 to 16 servings.
