Chicken Almond Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. diced celery
    2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. crisp chow mein noodles
    2/3 c. almonds, toasted in butter
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients and 1 cup of noodles.
    Pour into 2-quart flat casserole. Sprinkle with noodles and toasted almonds. Salt.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
