Cobbler Crumb Mixture - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. oil or 1 c. applesauce
    1 egg or 2 egg whites
    2 cans pie filling (lemon, apple or cherry)
Preparation
    Mix the dry ingredients.
    Add oil or applesauce and egg or egg whites.
    Blend with a fork.
    Mixture will be crumbly.
    Put 3/4 of the mixture on a greased cookie sheet.
    Put pie filling on mixture and spread the remaining mixture on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown.
