Caramels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. cream
    1 c. butter
Preparation
    Bring sugar, 1 cup cream and corn syrup to a boil, stirring constantly. Add the rest of the cream. Boil until 240\u00b0 to 250\u00b0. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Cool. Cut and roll in wax paper.
